Lead the future of fiber technology as our Fiber Optic Infrastructure Management Systems Engineering Manager! Drive innovation by managing a dynamic engineering team that delivers complex fiber hardware projects from concept to completion. You'll energize talented engineers to overcome obstacles and achieve results that directly impact business performance. Partner strategically with product management, business development, and HR teams to shape programs and develop top-tier talent. What You Will Do

Drive Project Success :

Lead and direct team to design new products, modify existing designs, and improve processes.

Oversee critical projects and apply expertise to ensure successful delivery.

Collaborate with internal / external partners on product roadmaps and standards.

Employee Experience and Development :

Lead recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations, and compensation decisions.

Drive workplace culture initiatives and enhance team collaboration and engagement.

Create development plans aligned with career goals and business needs.

Optimize Group Performance :

Monitor and report key performance metrics while identifying improvement opportunities.

Develop engineering department strategies in support of business growth.

What You Will Bring

Education : Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Experience : 10+ years in product design engineering; 5+ years leading and managing technical teams. Experience leading team's developing and implementing mechanical product assemblies consisting of plastic, sheet metal, die cast, and other types of part designs.

Fiber Optic Experience : Design experience in fiber connectivity, fiber optic cable assemblies, and fiber optic management infrastructure from concept to implementation preferred.

Project Management Experience : Documented program or project management experience within new product development.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong executive presence up to c-suite level and experience developing talent.

Innovation : Driven by the opportunity to innovate and create products with customer valued differentiating features and benefits.

Travel : Ability to travel up to 15% domestic and international.

Compensation : The expected annual base salary range for this role is $120,000- $175,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
