MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, Full Time - Neighbors Health Center in Byron, IL

Neighbors Health Center in Byron, IL has an Immediate Opening for a Full Time Maintenance Technician. Hours are 12 : 00pm to 8 : 00pm.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician :

Perform general maintenance duties such as dry walling, painting, tile installation, plumbing, replacing lighting fixtures, etc.

Assist Maintenance Director as needed

Requirements of the Maintenance Technician :

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

Demonstrated experience with painting, tile installation, plumbing, carpentry, etc., preferred

Good communication skills a must

Able to work with a team as well as independently

Must have compassion, understanding and tolerance for older adults
