Vegetation Control Spray Technician (Canton) Requires MDARD Vegetation State Licenses

YEAR-ROUND WORK IS AVAILABLE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK SNOW SEASON.

This is not an entry-level position . Candidates must have prior experience specifically in landscape & vegetation control pesticide application . Experience with animal or general pest control is not sufficient.  POTENTIAL YEAR-ROUND GUARANTEED WORK AVAILABLE.

Minimum Requirements :

• Active MDARD Pesticide Licenses : Categories Core & Right-of-Way and 3A are required licenses for this role. These additional licenses are preferred 6, 3B, Tree Care and potentially Mosquito.
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Chauffeur’s License or Endorsement (Required)
• Minimum of 1 Year of Experience in landscape pesticide application (Required)
• DOT Medical Card (Preferred). If not currently held, candidates must be able to pass a DOT-compliant medical exam and drug screening (post-offer, pre-employment), as required by federal law.

Starting at $20 / hour , with the potential for higher pay based on verified experience and active certifications / licenses.
