The Role : Designer As a Designer at Switch, you will join a world-class, personality infused Branding team by bringing your talents to create and implement high-quality visual content across both digital and print. We will entrust you to ensure the visual consistency and quality of our brand identity is carried out through our production design, photo retouching and the creation of sales collateral and marketing campaign assets. You will be part of a deadline driven, passionate team.

What You’ll Do Bring our brand to life across digital and print assets through high-quality design work.

Create design templates for social media, web and email.

Retouch and color-correct photography for use across marketing and brand materials.

Collaborate with the design team to produce creative assets in multiple formats and sizes.

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

Conduct quality review of our swag items for brand consistency and production readiness.

What We’re Looking For Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A designer who is open to feedback and revision cycles, with the flexibility to adapt and execute quickly.

Comfort working across a variety of deliverables – from digital campaigns and web pages to presentations and branded materials.

A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and proactively.

A task-driven, self-starter who takes ownership of their work and manages deadlines independently.

Enthusiasm for working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven design environment.

An eagerness to learn, grow and expand their creative skill set.

What You'll Bring 3-5 years of visual design experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house agency setting.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience with photo retouching and preparing assets for production.

Working knowledge of Figma (or openness to learning it).

Understanding of basic production processes for both print and digital.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

A portfolio that showcases clean, thoughtful design execution across digital and print.

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow as part of a creative team.
