Conduct and document vital sign checks and communicate any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff. Assist residents with meals, ensuring a positive dining experience. Support nursing staff with procedures and document all care-related activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of living areas to enhance residents' comfort. Encourage residents' participation in wellness and recreational programs. High school diploma or GED preferred. A minimum of 16 years of age with two years of nursing assistant experience in a long-term care setting preferred. Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Willingness to complete required continuing education and specific department training.

About the Role
The Senior Nursing Assistant plays a critical role as an experienced caregiver within our long-term care setting. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional, resident-centered nursing care and daily living support under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
