Role Snapshot

Based in Bristol, WI, you will guide a small team operating Cincinnati press brakes to produce precise sheet metal components. Each day you’ll translate blueprints into accurate setups, keep machines running at peak performance, and model a safety-first mindset while mentoring newer operators.

A Day in the Role

You start by reviewing the production schedule and prints, selecting tooling, and confirming machine parameters. On the floor, you coordinate work across the press brake area, troubleshoot mechanical issues to reduce downtime, and verify part quality. You coach junior operators on methods, safety, and inspection techniques, and you partner with production leadership to hit deadlines and quality targets.

What You'll Own

  • Lead daily operation of Cincinnati press brake equipment to meet output and quality expectations.
  • Interpret blueprints / technical drawings to determine bend sequences, tolerances, and setup requirements.
  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting and routine maintenance to keep equipment reliable.
  • Train and mentor team members on safe, efficient practices.
  • Collaborate with production to align priorities and achieve schedule commitments.
  • Drive continuous improvement to boost throughput and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.

What You Bring
