Public Works Maintenance Worker

The City of Deephaven is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our Public Works Department as a full-time Public Works Maintenance Worker. Duties include carpentry, operation of heavy equipment (loaders, dump trucks, snow plows, and skid steers), seasonal lawn mowing and park upkeep, roadway repair, sign installation, dock and buoy maintenance, and tree removal and storm clean-up. This is a full-time position with benefits, including health insurance, vacation, sick leave, retirement, and training opportunities. The salary range is $29.95 $35.73 per hour, with starting pay dependent on qualifications. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred or ability to obtain), and the ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
