Key Responsibilities
Investigate and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding billing and payment matters
Process and reconcile premium receipts and disbursements accurately and timely
Maintain documentation and perform compliance checks related to premium collections
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Accounting course preferred
0 to 1 year's accounting work experience required
Exceptional typing and 10-key skills
Intermediate Excel and Word skills
