Position : Sales Manager

LimRic Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air is searching for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our HVAC and plumbing sales team and drive continued growth across our Charleston operations. Reporting to the General Manager, this critical leadership role is responsible for managing a high-performance team of Comfort Advisors and inside sales professionals, while instilling disciplined sales processes and delivering superior customer experiences every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities by ensuring every customer lead is professionally tracked, followed up, and converted.
• Train, motivate, and hold accountable a team of Comfort Advisors and sales staff, fostering a collaborative, achievement-driven work culture.
• Execute and continuously improve sales processes, reporting, and pipeline management to achieve and exceed annual targets.
• Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure seamless experiences that build lasting client relationships and positive referrals.
