Title : Fulfillment Coordinator Pay Range : $17.25 - $19.00 / hr Location : Johnstown, OH Job Type : Full Time | Non-Exempt Shift : Monday - Friday | 8 : 00am 4 : 30pm

What You'll Do :

As a Fulfillment Coordinator at Curaleaf, you'll be part of the team that keeps our products moving accurately, compliantly, and on time. You'll help ensure every order is prepared with care and precision while maintaining the highest standards of organization and compliance. In this role, you'll :

• Print compliant product labels and prepare customer orders through accurate picking, packing, and processing
• Perform quality checks to ensure all orders meet compliance and company standards
• Support order entry and manifest creation in the state track-and-trace system (MJFreeway)
• Conduct vault counts, product check-ins, and maintain organized, clearly labeled inventory
• Assist with weekly audits, cycle counts, and other operational projects to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with your team and step in as needed to support logistics and fulfillment operations
