A company is looking for a Senior Project Specialist in Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for questions regarding Approvals and Authorization (A&A) policy and Legal Contract Management (LCM)

Manage daily intake and assignment of LCM requests and review Confidentiality Agreements

Create and deliver training sessions and materials for business partners on approved legal forms and templates

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal environment, preferably in contracts administration or legal operations

Excellent technical skills and proficiency with various software and platforms

Must be highly detail-oriented

Experience in Legal Operations and notarization is preferred

Graduate degree is preferred
