Role Overview : The Local Office Director leads staff and manages operations within the DCS office. You will also participate in regional child welfare practice decisions. You will integrate and embed a learning environment inclusive of all staff, and a culture and climate of respect towards children, families, and staff alike. The Local Office Director will partner with internal and external partners to successfully fulfill the agency's mission.
This position is in the Indianapolis South DCS Office and will serve Marion County, and surrounding counties as needed.
