Position Summary :

Transcribes / types radiology reports from dictation system in an accurate and timely manner. Maintains dictating and transcription system. Ability to sit and transcribe for extended periods.

Position Qualification :

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• Typing skills of 70 plus words per minutes
• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology
• Basic computer skills
• Must be self-motivated once job skills are learned and is able to work with minimal supervision.
