Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)

SHIFT OPTIONS & SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS AVAILABLE

We offer a3-dayworkweek with12-hour shiftsto supportwork-life balanceand focus.

Day Shift : 6 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM
Night Shift : 6 : 00 PM 6 : 00 AM

WHAT YOULL DO

Lead patient intake : Perform focused assessments, vitals collection, and drug screenings with efficiency and accuracy.

Document with precision : Create and maintain Medication Administration Records (MARs), support MAT protocols, and educate patients on their medications.

Support operations : Switch easily between patient care and light administrative duties to keep the unit running smoothly.

Act with urgency : Monitor for clinical changes, respond quickly to needs, and follow up consistently.

Lead with impact : Be a strong, steady presence within an interdisciplinary team committed to outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Current Iowa RN license (or ability to obtain)

Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is strongly preferred

Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) a plus

Excellent triage, communication, and time-management skills

Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days of hire

THE DETAILS

Environment : Mission-driven, fast-paced indoor clinical setting

Physical Needs : Frequent movement, some lifting (up to 50 lbs)

Schedule : 3x12-hour shifts weekly, with rotating weekends
