• Provide high-quality, resident-centered care as an RN in post-acute care facilities\n
• Work with the care team to develop personalized care plans for residents\n
• Communicate care options effectively with medical staff, residents, and their families\n
• Monitor vital signs and assist with lab work as necessary\n
• Administer medications and treatments to residents\n
• Document vital signs, interventions, medical histories, and other relevant information\n
• Ensure proper use of medical equipment and devices\n
• Support staff members in incident investigations\n
• Comply with laws, regulations, policies, and care standards\n
• Assist in training for nursing professionals and support staff as appropriate\n
• Accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans\nQualifications and Skills : \n
• Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)\n
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program\n
• Minimum of 6 months experience in an RN or related position\n
• Strong physical capabilities, able to lift at least 50 lbs\n
