Position Title : Community Support Specialist
Location : Lacey, WA at Jubilee (On-site)
Reporting To : General Manager
Status : Non-Exempt, Part-Time
Salary : $17.00-$21.00 Hourly DOE

EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE :
The Community Support Specialist (CSS) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and quality administrative support to both internal and external clients, including, but not limited to : partnering with Community Association Managers (CAMs), performing special projects / research, assisting the Division Compliance Inspector, and various coverage (i.e. phone).
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Receive customer phone calls and answer questions related to the status of work orders, ARC requests, or Association responsibilities
- Prepare and mail compliance notices produced from site inspections and / or as reported by the Senior CSS – (As needed)
- Assist Compliance Administrator by conducting exterior inspections of homeowner change and / or improvement request to very specifications are in accordance with community standards - (As needed)
- Assist with mailings to members of the communities
- Oversee Lodge amenity stocking throughout shift – (check coffee bar, rooms are clear of debris, patio during warm month, etc.)
- Maintain and file community / homeowner records
- In coordination with Operations Manager, setup and maintain association information (Call-To-Action text, CC&R text, etc.) via the Company’s proprietary software program
- Program Lodge access
- Coordinate and file association facility reservations
- Assist GM with meeting follow-up action items, including compliance letters (including one-offs)
- Prepare notices, newsletters, flyers, and other documents for internal and external needs
- Box / archive end-of-year documentation
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
High School Diploma (or equivalent); Associate’s Degree preferredProficiency in administrative support – generally between 1-4 years, depending on the position levelSolid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; intermediate skills a plusConflict resolution skillsAbility to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issuesSuperior multi-tasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to provide high-level customer service with astute attention to detail and organizationMust be a team playerAbility to manage workflow amid shifting prioritiesWilling to learn Company process and procedures, and learn / use proprietary softwareAdaptable and dependable with a solid attendance recordProfessional and respectful demeanor with all internal and external customers at all timesSPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policyESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
