Guest Service Specialist

We are looking for order specialist, guest greeters, and milkshake ninjas to join our growing staff! Candidates will be responsible for taking orders, making milkshakes and serving food to customers. Duties will mostly include taking food and drink orders while ensuring that customers are served properly, that all payments are collected, and that all tables are cleaned.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with other staff. Previous work experience involving food preparation and customer service in a restaurant is greatly desired.

Responsibilities :

• Milkshake preparation for customers in an open kitchen environment.
• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Take patron's food orders using Toast POS, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to other staff.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure customers are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Clear and clean tables.

Requirements :
