Civil Engineer - Team Leader

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder

My client is growing and looking for a Team Leader Civil Engineer. You will be direction and development of civil / site design projects and leadership of a Civil / Site Team. Responsibilities include workflow and staff management, staff development, technical leadership, project management, quality assurance, and client management.

Must have

civil / site engineering experience

Experience leading a team of at least 5 people - mix of engineers, PM's

Leading civil / site projects (technical and people side)

Experience working with clients

Must have ability to get Indiana PE license in 3-6 months after taking position
