Job Title : Orthopedic Surgeon Location : Port Arthur, TX Compensation : Starting at $580,000 annually Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our employed orthopedic team in Port Arthur, TX. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a general orthopedic surgeon with an interest in total joint procedures. The position includes participation in the ED call rotation, with a schedule of 1 : 3 or 1 : 4. The ideal candidate will have a passion for total joints and will benefit from working in a center of excellence for total joint replacements. Key Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive orthopedic care with a focus on general orthopedic surgery and a special interest in total joint procedures . Collaborate with the existing orthopedic team, including another general orthopedic surgeon with a focus on orthopedic sports and total knee surgeries. Participate in the ED call rotation approximately every 1 : 3 or 1 : 4 weeks, ensuring coverage for a range of orthopedic emergencies. Deliver high-quality patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including performing surgeries, managing pre- and post-operative care, and providing consultations. Utilize the hospital's center of excellence for total joints to provide advanced treatment and surgical options. Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
