What Youll Do :

• Be the Face of HomeWell : Build meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, community leaders, and referral sources to generate quality client leads.
• Champion Our Services : Educate the community about HomeWells unique programs that set us apart in the home care industry.
• Achieve Sales Excellence : Proactively drive new business, set and exceed sales targets, and lead our revenue growth.
• Grow Visibility : Attend key industry events, seminars, and meetings to elevate our brand recognition.
• Track Success : Use CRM tools (preferably WellSky Personal Care) to monitor your leads and performance.

What You Must Bring :

• Proven Sales Success : Youve been a top performer with 3-5 years of sales experience in the home care or healthcare industry.
• Networking Expert : You have a deep network of contacts in the community, from healthcare professionals to referral partners, and know how to leverage them to drive business.
• Goal-Oriented & Self-Driven : Youre proactive, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love reaching for new heights.
• Self-Motivated and Organized : Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to track sales metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to drive growth.
• Education : Bachelors degree preferred but not required

• Home Health, hospice or skilled nursing : 3-5 years (Preferred)
• B2B sales : 3 -5 years (Required)
