Job Summary

Columbia Cottage in Linglestown, PA looking for dedicated Caregivers / CNAs to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. In this role you will assist with daily living activities, promote resident well-being, and foster a safe, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
  • Document care provided accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CNA certification preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.

    • Compensation & Benefits

    This caregiving position starts at a competitive wage of $16.50 / hour , depending on CNA certification and experience. We provide amazing benefits and perks :

    • Schedule

  • Full-time and Part-time Evening Shift : 2 : 45 PM – 11 : 15 PM
  • Part-time Night Shift : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM

    • Shift Differentials : Additional $2.00 / hour for evening and night shifts.
