Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team of medical professionals. The primary responsibility will be to provide advanced primary and / or specialty care to patients. This includes conducting physical exams, recording medical histories, creating care plans, and administering diagnostic tests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Develop and implement personalized patient management plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies as needed
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Administer vaccinations and preventive care
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary
