Accounting Ar Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Specialist - primarily focused on accounts receivable but will be cross-trained to help support other office accounting functions (AR, billing, collections, payroll, and phones). Must have QuickBooks accounting experience. This person will also offer support to our Office Manager / CFO and Owner with a variety of other general administrative job duties as assigned. Additional administrative responsibilities will be part of the responsibilities as well.
Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
