About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician, proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish, to join our dynamic healthcare team. This physician will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional medical care to our pediatric patients. What You'll Do :

  • Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute and chronic pediatric illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, family dynamics, and individual needs
  • Collaborate with the patient s family to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient s health progress
  • Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data
  • Refer to specialists when appropriate
  • Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals

Qualifications :

  • Successful completion of pediatrics residency program
  • Board eligible / Board certified
  • Unrestricted California Physician License
  • Current BLS, ACLS certification
  • Current California DEA certificate prior to start date
  • Proficiency with EMRs
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish

    • Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions :

  • This position is located in Southern California in the cities of the San Gabriel Valley, including Alhambra, Pasadena, Arcadia, City of Industry, Monterey Park, West Covina, Riverside, and more!
  • The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $220,000 $320,000 annually. This pay range represents our national target range for this role. Actual compensation will be evaluated based on skillsets, experience, and other factors.
  • This is a full-time position. Consideration can be made for part-time employment.
