Dells Auto is growing!

We’re expanding our team in Dell Rapids, SD — just 20 minutes north of Sioux Falls — and we're looking for experienced sales professionals to join our thriving used vehicle department. We need sharp, energetic, and motivated individuals who are ready to take their sales career to the next level. If you have strong integrity, a passion for customer service, and a proven ability to close deals, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For :

  • Minimum of 2 years of car sales experience
  • Must be ready and motivated to sell 25–30 vehicles per month
  • Excellent phone and online communication skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
  • Solid internet and computer skills
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • A self-motivated attitude and desire to succeed

What You'll Do :

  • Follow a proven and successful sales process
  • Respond to leads via phone, email, and voicemail
  • Complete quotes and run credit applications
  • Process transaction paperwork accurately
  • Take customers on test drives and provide exceptional service
  • Follow up with current and prospective customers
