Join our dynamic team as a Service Technician, where you will play a vital role in preparing mobile office units for construction companies in the Bay Area. This opportunity allows you to utilize your expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades to refurbish, repair, and ready mobile units for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to receive daily task assignments.
• Perform hands-on work on mobile units and yard projects to gain valuable experience.
• Clean, sweep, and hose down units to remove dirt and debris.
• Replace tiles and epoxy flooring, ensuring floors are clean and ready.
• Repair drywall holes, patch, and paint as needed.
• Replace light bulbs, locks, blinds, and door handles.
• Document completed work and identify any additional tasks required.

Work Environment

Service Technicians work primarily in the yard, focusing on mobile units. The role is labor-intensive, requiring hands-on tasks. While working in a team environment, there are also opportunities to complete individual tasks. Technicians will not visit client sites and work is limited to the yard location. During hot weather, extended breaks and ample water supplies are provided to ensure comfort and safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Martin, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr.
