Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day restaurant service within a high-volume, fine dining environment. You'll lead with old-school hospitality, anticipating guest needs, elevating service standards, and ensuring every detail is executed with precision. This role demands a strong operator with the ability to manage a fast-paced dining room while encouraging a culture of excellence, respect, and genuine care for guests and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive day-to-day restaurant operations in line with budget while delivering unmatched guest experiences.
  • Ensure every plate, pour, and interaction reflects the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong client, guest, and employee relationships rooted in trust and hospitality.
  • Lead, train, and encourage staff to uphold fine dining service standards in a high-volume setting.
  • Partner with culinary and beverage teams to deliver flawless, memorable dining experiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
  • 24 years of fine dining restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment is required.
  • Strong food and wine knowledge, with a keen eye for pairings and presentation.
  • Proven background in operations management, purchasing, and cost controls.
  • Outstanding communication skills, professional presence, and ability to lead by example.
  • ServSafe Certification preferred.
