Job Title : Tax Senior Future Firm Ownership Opportunity
Location : Dayton, OH
Job Type : Full-Time
About the Opportunity : A smaller, well-established public accounting firm in Dayton, OH specializing strictly in Tax Services preparation, review, payroll, and bookkeeping with no audit work.
The firm is looking to bring on a Tax Senior who can grow with the team and eventually take on an ownership role in the future. This is a unique succession opportunity for someone who not only has strong tax skills but also has the drive to step into leadership and ownership over time.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
- Provide payroll and bookkeeping support to clients
- Assist with client advisory and support services
- Partner with leadership on workflow and firm management
- Build toward long-term leadership and ownership of the firm
