Pay Range : $33.50 / hr to $45.50 / hr depending on experience
Job Duties :
Removing, replacing, installing, or repairing all types of plumbing fixturesDiagnosing malfunctions, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and piping systemsCommunicate with customers in a positive and professional mannerWork with outside vendors to purchase material and equipmentTrain and lead apprentices and / or helpersEnsure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements and applicable codesOther duties as assignedRequirements :
High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and insurable driving history3+ years of experience in residential plumbingStrong troubleshooting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to work in all types of weatherAbility to use tools of the trades, including but not limited to plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels, and screwdriversAbility to train and lead plumbing apprentices and helpersplumber, installer, hvac, journeyman, journeyman plumber, residential service, residential, commercial, install, installation
