We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician specializing in Women's Health to work as a First Assist. Previous experience in a surgical setting is preferred, but not mandatory. Opportunity Highlights Join one of the Northwest's largest community health centers, with over 40 clinics in 18 communities across Washington and Oregon As an FQHC, we are a patient‐centered medical home dedicated to serving our communities Our team‐based approach to patient care means you are part of a care team passionate about working in community health EMR system is EPIC Clinic Hours : The position follows standard clinic hours, with potential early starts at 7 am. No overnight shifts required. Clinic Operational Hours : Monday ‐ Friday, 7 : 30 am ‐ 6 : 00 pm Surgical Assistance : Serve as the first assist for our providers during surgeries and C‐sections. Responsibilities include surgery prep, retraction, controlling bleeding, suturing / closing, and direct collaboration with OB surgeons. Base Compensation : $132k ‐ $144k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
