We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Admissions in the Hospice Dallas area who shares our passion for providing dignified, compassionate end-of-life care.
Shift Schedule : Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday (12 : 00pm - 9 : 00pm)

Qualifications :
Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid state licenseOne year of nursing experience requiredHospice experience preferred, but not requiredThis role requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving record as a condition of employment. Associates must comply with all state and federal driving regulationsAssociates in roles requiring driving are responsible for maintaining a valid and active driver’s license. Failure to maintain a valid license may result in reassignment, suspension, or termination in accordance with company policies and applicable lawsReliable transportation and willingness to drive to patient’s locationMust be able to lift 50 poundsMust clear a criminal background check, physical and drug screeningYou may be required to work outside of your regular hours depending on business needsWhat you'll be doing :
Performs comprehensive nursing evaluations and in order to admit patient into hospiceAssesses for signs and symptoms of discomfort including presence of pain and takes prompt and appropriate actionInitiates plan of care as needed and appropriately supervises patient care after hours, provides appropriate nursing follow- up to all patients. Instructs Caregivers in managing patient needs and submits appropriate documentation within 24 hours of visitCoordinates all services provided to patients / families in all settings to ensure quality of care and services as well as appropriateness of careFollows the approved plan of care, modifies as needed, and contacts physician when appropriateAnticipated pay range : $85,000 USD - $90,000 USD
