Administer therapy under supervision, focusing on home care patients

Collaborate with PTs on assessments and care plans

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Educate patients and family members

Must Have + Certifications :

Minnesota PTA license current and active

Two years of relevant experience preferred

Insured vehicle and driver’s license required
