About The Position

Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Monday to Friday, Days

Guaranteed Hours : 32

Experience : New graduates are welcome; however, experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is preferred.

License : State license verification required.

Certifications : 8 Hours of Dementia Training

Must-Have : Completion and attachment of prescreening, resume, and license verification are mandatory.

Job Description :

• Ensure that prescreening is completed and attached upon submitting your application.
• Attach your resume and license verification to your application.
• Conduct a COVID test 72 hours prior to the start date, with results available 48 hours before the start date.
• Credentials checklist includes :
• State license verification
• Resume
• Three references
• County criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived and worked)
• Federal criminal background check (7 years or more)
• Multi-State criminal search (7 years or more)
• Nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more)
• HHS / OIG search
• GSA search
• Social security number trace
• 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-Ray
• SAM search
• CORI Massachusetts background check
• 8 hours of dementia training
• There is no requirement for holiday coverage.
• The position does not require bilingual capabilities.
