Responsible for managing and enhancing business relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of communication and service. Overseeing client relations strategy, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing processes to enhance customer service. Collaborating with internal teams to align business goals and client needs.
