Position Summary

This position reports to the Sr Director and is responsible for leading project workflows while providing technical expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and system analysis. This hybrid role combines the analytical rigor of a Business Systems Analyst with the organizational skills of a Project Manager, ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining technical accuracy and stakeholder alignment.

Job Responsibilities Cont. Education Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Experience Required

3-5 years of experience in business analysis and / or project management with demonstrated technical aptitude

Knowledge Required

Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry / business and products.

Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand system requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.). Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process documentation, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred. PMP, CBAP, or similar certification a plus.
