System Engineer - Industrial Controls

Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

• Provide industrial and commercial control systems engineering services for ISI customers, including SCADA Systems, PLC Programming, CAD Drawings, Industrial Networking, Systems Calibration, and other duties as assigned.
• Support Instrument Technicians in the field with issues related to interfacing field devices to DCS & SCADA systems, testing, and technical support.
• Collaborate with other System Engineers to resolve project backlogs while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Support other projects within the local service area and throughout the ISI footprint as needed.
• Report job activities and maintain detailed logs of service calls, parts, and orders.
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades at customer facilities.
• Travel using company vehicle to and from job sites, practicing defensive driving to uphold the company's reputation.
