Johnson Friedman Law Group, a growing boutique business and real estate law firm in DFW, is seeking an experienced, skilled litigation attorney to manage the firm's litigation docket and collaborate with the firm's owners and other litigators to achieve excellent results for our clients.

Position : Senior Litigation Attorney

Type : Full time, in person (Addison)

Experience : 7+ years commercial litigation

Compensation : Market compensation (depending on experience) with competitive bonus structure based on productivity and originations

In this position, you will be responsible for :

• Managing your docket of litigation matters with minimal supervision.
• Working with the firm's staff and attorneys ensuring each litigation matter is moving forward.
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and discovery.
• Attending hearings, depositions, and trial.
• Developing case strategy for the firm's litigation matters.
• Interfacing with opposing counsel and clients to prosecute and defend cases.
• Delegating and reviewing drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs to paralegals and attorneys.
• Collaborating with the firm's attorneys to achieve our clients' litigation goals.
• Developing strong relationships with clients and keeping them updated on their case.
