Title : Paid Media Designer - Creative Salary : Up to $100,000 + benefits

Lincolnshire, IL - 4 days per week in office

We are collaborating with this organization to identify a skilled Paid Media Designer who will be instrumental in enhancing the company’s digital footprint. The selected candidate will utilize their creative insights and analytical abilities to develop captivating advertising campaigns that resonate with specific target audiences.

This role demands a unique combination of design talent and marketing knowledge to produce visually compelling media that achieves desired outcomes.

Create and design digital advertising elements, including banners, social media visuals, and landing pages.

Engage with marketing teams to establish campaign goals and identify target demographics.

Evaluate performance data to adjust and improve ad designs for increased conversion rates.

Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in digital design and advertising.

Develop and harness the use of AI tools in the creation of digital assets for Paid Media.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital design, ideally in a retail context. You will also need experience and exposure to Paid Media creatives and understand how they differ from traditional creative campaigns.

Proficient with design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly etc.).
