Ability to safely use hand and power tools Ability to unload / stock supplies and equipment from work vehicles Ability to complete precise cutting and drilling of items related to the repair and installation of HVAC equipment and plumbing equipment. Ability to fill out a daily timecard accurately Must be able to stand, kneel and walk throughout the day to complete daily tasks and assignments. Must be able to operate a company vehicle in a safe and legal manner. Must be able to understand, follow written and verbal direction and communication Must be able to effectively report problems with company tools, equipment or company vehicle promptly to assigned training lead installer. Must be able to effectively work a staggered work schedule if on-call duties are assigned. Must be able to maintain a clean work environment including the company truck and job site. Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor. Must be able to use of ladders and climb stairs Must be able to work effectively with customers, co-workers and other subcontractors Ability to learn how to install, repair and maintain all types of heating and cooling equipment. Ability to learn basic knowledge of electrical service repairs and installation Report problems with company tools or company vehicle promptly to your supervisor Other duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade. Trade school courses desirable. Possession of a valid driver's license.

We are seeking an HVAC / Electrical Apprentice who wants to learns to provide service on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards. Do you have a strong passion and want to learn the industry? Will you do whatever it takes to achieve complete client satisfaction? Do you want to work for a company where the sky's the limit and you're treated like family?
This is an entry-level position composed of learning the heating, air-conditioning, and electrical trade. You will be exposed to all aspects of the field. Employees are required to complete required certification requirements within 90 days of employment. Employees are in the apprentice program for approximately 6 months. Employees who attain established levels of proficiency and qualifications are eligible to move to the next level within the company.
