Equitable is currently looking to hire an insurance product tax attorney within the Insurance Products Practice Group, which is a part of Equitable's Legal and Compliance organization. The role includes providing tax advice to Equitable's retirement product business areas related to its annuity and life insurance product offerings. Additionally, this role will provide advice related to tax issues resulting from the administration of the company's products.

As a key member of the team your responsibilities would include :
Location and In Office Schedule : We offer a flexible hybrid office / remote work environment where the team member is in the office 2-3 days per week, and this position will be based in either our New York, NY or Charlotte, NC office.
The total targeted compensation range for this position is $213,000 - $260,000. Total compensation varies based on skills, experience, geographical location and other factors.
