Our Client, an EV Manufacturing company, is looking for a System Administrator – Supply Chain Systems for their Newark, CA / Hybrid location.
Responsibilities
- Creating and managing user accounts and security permissions, and adding role-based access for users to supply chain systems
- Creating, managing, and deleting user accounts and access privileges
- Configure and maintain Client supply chain business applications
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Work closely with the Client supply chain team and other systems users to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to supply chain systems access and capabilities
- Serve as an internal resource and subject matter expert for questions and issues about supply chain systems
- Provide user training and onboarding for supply chain systems users both internal and external
- Partner with IT security and administration team where necessary
- Support a mix of internal and external systems
Requirements
Years of Experience Required : 3-5 overall years of experience in the field.Degrees or certifications required : Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, finance preferred and not requiredBest vs. Average : The ideal resume would contain ALL quality workPerformance Indicators : Performance will be assessed based on quality work and meeting deadlinesTop 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of ExperienceMinimum 3 years experience with strong communication skills and interpersonal skillsMinimum 3 years experience with project managementMinimum 3 years experience with business systems administration5+ years' experience in business systems administration or a related fieldStrong work ethic with demonstrated history of owning and solving customer issuesExcellent organization skills to maintain records and follow cadenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovationFamiliarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPointBachelor's degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, finance, business administration, or related fieldKnowledge of SAP and / or Coupa preferredExperience in automotive or operations preferredStrong project management skillsAbility to work independentlyWhy Should You Apply?
