As an Inside Sales Representative you’ll be at the heart of our call center operations delivering premium customer service on every call. You will be responsible for increasing revenue by responding to customer inquiries, while using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate information.

Responsibilities
Be accountable for selling and promoting our products to patients from inbound / outbound lead sources and contributing to Bravida Medical sales and profit goals.Engage in an education-based sales focusing on product features and benefits to meet a patient’s needs. No hard sales tactics.Handle inbound and outbound calls to ensure patient satisfaction, troubleshoot new and existing patient questions, sell products, collect insurance information, and explain insurance coverage to patientsResponsible for meeting predetermined monthly goalsMeet and exceed customer expectations by sustaining regular contact and building superior relationships with patients in the sales cycleDocument calls in online record keeping systemEnter customer orders in online CRM systemMaintain a strong understanding of medical documentation, insurance requirements and company procedures.Follow all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and private insurance regulations and requirementsMaintain a high degree of confidentiality to protect patient informationMaintain regular, predictable and consistent attendance to meet the needs of the departmentDemonstrate team behavior and promote a team-oriented environmentKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
2yrs Inside Sales experience required (Healthcare or Insurance ideal)Strong closing skills – overcome objectives and problem solving to complete saleMust be self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of managing a diverse range of responsibilities to achieve monthly sales targetsMust have excellent telephone customer serviceStrong communication skills, persuasiveness and active listening skillsMust be able to relate and show compassion to elderly patientsMedical industry knowledge beneficialMust be computer literate, MS Office, web based CRM and phone systemPositive perspective, approachable and empatheticType at least 25-30 words per minute
