Job Title : Energy Storage Application Engineer

About the Role

FlexGen is seeking an Energy Storage Application Engineer to support the development and delivery of cutting-edge energy storage projects. In this role, you will partner with our Business Development and Technical Support teams to provide pre-sales engineering, system design guidance, and technical expertise for Energy Storage Systems and FlexGen's Energy Management System (EMS), HybridOS.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor in customer engagements—bridging hardware, software, and market applications—to ensure FlexGen delivers solutions that meet both technical and commercial needs. From project development and opportunity evaluation through contract execution, you will help drive adoption of FlexGen's industry-leading EMS and BESS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical & Project Support

Support preliminary ESS design, system sizing, and power system analysis.

Assist in contract negotiations by ensuring technical requirements are accurately reflected in agreements
