Location : The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Pawling, NY

Pay : $43 - $45 / hr

Job Requirements

What You’ll Need Before Starting :

Active NY RN License

BLS Certification

Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination

Valid Photo ID (passport, driver’s license, state ID, resident card, or foreign passport)

MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) immunizations or positive titers

Recent TB Test (IGRA or Mantoux within 1 year; annual renewal required)

Physical Exam within the past year (annual renewal required)
