A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity : RN - ICU Neuro Job Details : - Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM - Guaranteed 36 hours per week - Every other weekend required - No call requirements - 3 years of ICU experience required - Must have Neuro ICU experience - Required certifications : ACLS, NIHSS - Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical / Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on experience - May float to any IMC unit with patient ratios of 1 : 3 - Standard patient ratio 1 : 2 in ICU - Work with EPIC electronic medical record system - Care for patients with medical complications including sepsis, ARDS, GI bleeds, DKA - Non-specific scrub color requirements - Focus on outstanding patient care and team communication required Facility : This 32-bed intensive care unit operates within a tertiary care and teaching institute, featuring 20 medical ICU beds and 12 neuro ICU beds.
