We are looking for a highly experienced Automotive EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) Domain Expert to support a critical transformation project. This role requires deep knowledge of OEM parts catalog systems such as StarParts and ePER, with the ability to validate complex part mappings, guide catalog structure, and mentor teams on data accuracy and standards like ISO 23315. You'll work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our digital parts catalog is accurate, standards-compliant, and ready for AI-driven enhancements.
Responsibilities :
- Validate complex parts mappings and catalog relationships across vehicle lines
- Ensure catalog semantics align with ISO 23315 and OEM standards
- Apply deep knowledge of VIN decoding , part supersession rules, and warranty claim flows
- Mentor development teams on 30+ interconnected EPC tables and subtle edge cases
- Work directly with product owners and technical teams to enhance catalog accuracy and performance
