We are a rapidly growing, privately held hotel management company based in San Diego, CA, with a portfolio of 30+ select-service hotels across California and additional properties under development. Our portfolio includes a diverse mix of top-tier brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, and more. Responsibilities Include :

• Establish pricing levels in all segments for assigned hotels
• Manage daily room inventory
• Monitor competitor rates, positioning, strategies and data
• Maintain understanding of the dynamics of the local market and demand generators and present appropriate action plans to management
• Analyze local events and activities and project the effect of opportunities they create
• Monitor and communicate fluctuations in occupancy to operational departments in order to effectively manage staffing requirements
• Perform unconstrained demand analysis to determine optimal business mix
• Prepare short- and long-term forecasts including Weekly Forecasts, 30 60 90 Forecasts, and Full-Year Forecasts
• Oversee process for evaluating all opportunities for contracted business (group, wholesale, corporate negotiated, etc.) presented through the Sales department. Ensure that process enables high speed of response while maximizing profits
