We are seeking a licensed, empathetic, and skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our team full-time. Pay starts at hourly and moves to commission. The ideal candidate will provide individual, group, and / or family therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic services to clients across various age groups and backgrounds

Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Stay current with best practices and continuing education

Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality protocols

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling, or Social Work,

Active licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW) in North Dakota

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to trauma-informed care
