Operations Specialist (Finance)
The Financial Operations Specialist supports the financial management of the region and reports directly to the Director of Operations. This role is responsible for compiling and reporting on revenue and expense projects, ensuring adherence to established financial and operational processes, and coordinating deal and commission management activities. The Specialist plays a key role in maintaining process consistency, supporting compliance, and contributing to efficient financial operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities.

Requirements & Preferences
Bachelor's Degree
Accounting and / or bookkeeping experience (A / R and A / P); need an understanding of basic accounting principles
3-5 years of professional experience with some of the above
Software Skills : Intermediate Excel and MS Office Suite experience required; Salesforce preferred
Real estate brokerage industry experience a plus, but not required
