Relationship Manager III
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Relationship Manager III within our Prepaid Division. This position falls under our Prepaid line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will focus on retention, client satisfaction, and growth across a global client base. You will report directly to the VP of Relationship Management and regularly collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, Finance, and Technical Support teams.

The responsibilities of the role will include :
Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with client organizationsStrategizing consultative approaches to secure and retain 100% of the portfolioCross-selling and upselling Corpay Payables, Fleet, and Lodging products and servicesDemonstrating financial and marketing expertise, including analysis of custom interchange rates and rebate structuresParticipating in client RFPs and ensuring overall satisfaction with Corpay's offeringsCoordinating with internal teams to ensure superior service delivery and customer successMonitoring and negotiating client renewals, repricing, rate adjustments, and profitabilityAttending Quarterly Business Reviews and providing benchmarking insights and growth strategiesHolding both Corpay and the client accountable for program performanceTracking and reporting on market trends and client industry updatesMaintaining strong knowledge of FinTech, payment processing, and client-specific industriesIdentifying areas for efficiency and growth within existing programsCollaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to increase client spending and program successQualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required5+ years of client management or enterprise sales experience within FinTech or payment processingProven track record managing complex enterprise clients and maintaining C-level relationshipsStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive portfolio growthExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.comExperience with data / financial analytics, negotiation, and problem-solvingWillingness to travel up to 50% as neededHighly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentBenefits & Perks :
